How a Pop Up Wedding works

We book a beautiful Vancouver Island venue for a day and arrange several separate, one-hour wedding ceremonies. You choose an available date and ceremony time, and our team brings the celebration together.

Because some of the day’s costs are shared across the couples getting married, this approach makes a professionally planned wedding more affordable. Each couple has their own ceremony time to celebrate with their guests.

You get the benefit of a thoughtfully arranged setting and an experienced team, with a simpler planning process from the beginning.

What your wedding package includes

There’s something lovely about knowing the ceremony details are already being looked after.
Our packages bring together the venue, planning and design, a wedding commissioner, professional photography, seating and décor, cake, a celebratory toast, music, and coordination. Package details vary, so you can explore the options and choose the experience that suits you.
The Elopement welcomes just the two of you or up to 15 guests. The Classic accommodates up to 30 guests.
Whether you picture a quiet exchange of vows or a celebration surrounded by your closest people, an intimate wedding leaves room to connect with the people who matter most.

A smaller celebration can still feel extraordinary
